'Architecture That Could Have Been'

Pen on paper

148.5mm x 210mm

I took inspiration from different styles and created my own architectural designs. I had a wide range of inspiration, from the Art Deco of New York and Mumbai, to the Adam-style houses in the English countryside. I wanted to create familiar styles, which look like real buildings, but are fictional and of my own design. These drawings fool the viewer into thinking they are real buildings, and my creativity and thought behind them create a realistic footprint by adhering to their specific period styles.
